The ideal candidate will define strategies according to the Medical Advocacy demand generation model. In this role, you will lead the commercial planning process and drive the execution of the Picture of Success in key territories, aligned with the Medical plan. You will also support the Commercial Development Manager and the Commercial Planning team in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process and operational plan execution. A Day in the Life of Channel Manager Develop specialized channel plans focusing on Infant Formula & Supplements, leveraging relationships with key stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Sales, CDT Corporate). Integrate channel elements into the commercial planning process and publish a picture of success for the Category, enabling its implementation, review, and optimization. Develop the Specialized Channel Commercial policy (Canvass Cycles) through internal alignment and partnership with the Corporate Commercial Development Team. Identify organizational capabilities needed for successful plan execution at regional level and develop the channel category selling story to be delivered by the Commercial Planning team. Monitor sales, product, and channel results to ensure monthly objectives are met. Own and deploy strategies at the Category level within the Specialized Channel. Create channel solutions, business cases, and initiatives to foster future growth, aligned with category strategies. Publish a clear picture of success for the Category in prioritized channels. What will make you successful? Experience in the Consumer Health industry with regular interactions with Medical Representatives. Cross-functional experience with customer, category, marketing, and finance teams, with at least 2 out of 5 in commercial roles. Strong commercial skills, deep understanding of market dynamics, ability to drive profitable growth, manage customer relationships, and lead cross-functional teams. Proven leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate teams, coach and develop talent, and influence with integrity and courage.
