You will also drive continuous improvement by applying root cause analysis to prevent recurring and systemic product failures. /p h3bMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 pbTesting Methodologies /b /p pDefines and maintains guidelines to ensure the quality and reliability of measurement results for raw materials, products, and production batches /p pEnsures that measurement samples are representative of the material, product, or series, and that certified reference materials are used to guarantee measurement traceability /p pVerifies that measurements meet the required standards of accuracy and precision, ensuring data robustness and integrity /p pDrives continuous improvement of measurement methodologies by standardizing analytical procedures and reducing measurement bias /p pbTesting /b /p pEnsures and manages first-article inspections and sampling activities (PPAP – Production Part Approval Process, shot drawings, dimensional reports) for purchased raw materials /p pManages first deliveries and ongoing series inspections to ensure compliance with the Group’s quality standards /p pOversees quality controls related to supplier issues, performing root cause analysis to identify underlying causes, define corrective actions, and prevent recurrence /p pManages inspections and containment activities for potentially non-conforming components supplied by vendors /p h3bREQUIREMENTS /b /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) /li li3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the metalworking/manufacturing sector /li liExperience in Quality /li liStrong mechanical knowledge /li liGood knowledge of English /li /ul h3bCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /b /h3 pThe annual compensation range for this position is €38,000 - €43,000, with additional benefits. /p pThis compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility. /p pAdditional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process. /p pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
