Ph3Patent Specialist /h3 pBased in Maranello. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport RD, Technical Operations, Business, and Legal functions on assigned IP matters, including participation in regular meetings and conducting patent mining activities. /li liConduct patent searches (landscape, patentability, freedom to operate). /li liPerform patentability analyses and evaluate patent opportunities. /li liInstruct and coordinate activities of external law firms. /li liMonitor third‑party patents and support strategic decisions and actions. /li liSupport the Legal Department in drafting and reviewing IP‑related clauses in agreements (e.g., research, collaboration, licence, supply). /li liParticipate in Patent Box‑related activities, in collaboration with Ferrari Tax, Finance PMO. /li liManage and update IP documentation, also through the use of specific tools and databases. /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 pIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have excellent academic results in Physics, Engineering, or a related field. A law degree with a technical background will also be considered. /p pAt least 3 years of experience ideally as Patent Attorney or in the field of Intellectual Property. Qualification or near‑qualification as an Italian Patent Attorney, as well as current or future qualification as a European Patent Attorney, will be considered a plus. /p pAt Ferrari, you are expected to demonstrate the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast‑changing environment.
