Your Impact: The Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Specialist, reporting to the WW IP & BP Senior Manager, will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the brand and protecting intellectual property assets globally. Activities: - Coordinate and manage litigation and pre-litigation matters of a civil, administrative, and criminal nature concerning IP rights violations, both in Italy and abroad - Handle criminal aspects related to IP rights, including coordinating and managing customs seizures and enforcement authorities, both in Italy and abroad, and providing training to these authorities - Manage counterfeiting cases, both offline and online, in Italy and abroad - Manage relationships with Italian and foreign suppliers and industry associations within the relevant area of responsibility - Stay updated on new regulations related to DSA, AI, and emerging technologies Who We Are Looking For Main Qualifications: - Master’s degree in legal studies with a specialization in IP law; license to practice law and/or as a trademark consultant - Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role within an international company or law firm - Experience in criminal matters related to industrial law, managing offline and online counterfeiting cases, and utilizing new technologies to combat counterfeiting - Excellent written and spoken English language skills (knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus) We Would Appreciate a Person Who Is: - Analytical with strong synthesis skills, possessing a problem-solving attitude, and able to work well in a team - Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic - Flexible and available for business trips - Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin color, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
