Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and profitability by leading the Commercial Team and implementing effective action plans to achieve department goals in every channel.
* Ensure the shop is well-organized, efficiently stocked, and that the IKEA product range is presented in an inspiring way that meets customer needs.
* Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate market trends, and analyze customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities and threats.
* Collaborate with the Store Commercial Team and HQ matrix to share best practices, provide solutions, and work towards a unified goal.
* Proactively work with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop competent colleagues who can provide exceptional customer experiences.

* Has a strong understanding of sales techniques, local markets, and services.
* Can make things happen, prioritize tasks, and make decisions by championing flexibility, speed, and simplicity.
* Is a considered decision-maker with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trustful relationships.
* Can organize and prioritize different tasks and processes.
* Has excellent communication skills, including speaking fluent Italian and English.
