Role Introduction
The candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly motivated and effective cross-functional team based in Piacenza (Italy).
The role of the Junior PM Assistant is to support the Program Management team in the coordination and monitoring of project activities after contract award and handover from the Sales team.
Main Responsibilities
Support the PM as a point of reference for customers and partners during project execution.
Assist in monitoring project progress and in achieving contractual and internal management objectives.
Provide support in coordinating crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with project obligations (e.G. timelines, requirements, costs) and internal processes (e.G. approvals, design releases, industrialization, production start-up).
Assist in the creation and monitoring of the Masterplan, including internal and contractual milestones.
Support tracking of project activities to help ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
Assist in monitoring project parameters such as timing, quality, risks, costs, and revenues.
Provide support in tracking product development progress and cost targets during the offer phase. xrdztoy
Support the preparation of reports for management regarding project status and open points requiring attention.
Skills and Attitudes
Languages: Italian (Fluent), English (Good)
MSc in Engineering, Economics, or similar
Basic knowledge of product development and configuration management
Analytical mindset and familiarity with basic statistical methods
Understanding of logistics planning (nice to have)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and reliable attitude
Structured approach to problem solving
Familiarity with Microsoft Office;
knowledge of CAD tools and SAP is a plus
