Verification will occur during the selection process. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, manage, and oversee lead generation and conversion through digital advertising campaigns primarily on search engines (Google, Bing), social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and specialized education portals. /li liCoordinate and manage online advertising campaigns aligned with the school’s objectives and performance targets. /li liMonitor KPIs such as traffic, LTR, lead volume, CPL, investment, conversion to enrollment, and profitability. /li liAccount monitoring based on markets/regions, product portfolio, admission sessions, study mode, seasonality, and target audience. /li liEnsure compliance with key digital metrics (LTR, CPC/CPM, CPL/CPA, Reach/%IS, impression frequency) and control the entire sales funnel from traffic acquisition to enrollment. /li liAnalyze and report account performance, guaranteeing adherence to and development of action plans. /li liInteract and coordinate with key stakeholders, including channel partner agencies, internal digital team, and commercial team (marketing/communication and sales departments). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree, preferably in business, economics, marketing, or analysis. /li liMinimum 3 years experience as SEM Manager, Performance Specialist, or Trafficker in a digital media agency or company with a lead-generation acquisition model. /li liAnalytical skills and understanding of the commercial model and KPI relationships. /li liKnowledge and use of GAds and/or SA360 highly appreciated. /li liFamiliarity with tools such as GA4, Google Webmaster Tools, SemRush, Google Trends, Google Ads Keyword Planner, CRO, Core Web Vitals, etc. is welcome. /li liProactive profile with excellent coordination and activity control skills, and motivation to contribute to a growing project. /li liProtected Category: certified membership required; documentation to be provided during selection. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
