RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

Prometeia is seeking a .NET Backend Developer to join its internal development team. The candidate will work on enterprise applications, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of modern and scalable backend solutions to support projects for national and international clients. The candidate will support the team in the following activities:

\n

- Design and implementation of backend services via Web APIs in C#, in a .NET Core/ASP.NET environment
- Participation in the technical analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of assigned projects
- Design and implementation of services based on microservices architecture
- Modeling, management, and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases
- Focus on performance, scalability, and code quality in enterprise application contexts
- Application of Agile and Lean practices, with structured development and the use of unit and integration testing
- Continuous collaboration with the team and senior management, fostering solution sharing and professional growth
- Technical interaction with stakeholders and clients, including in English

REQUIREMENTS\n
- 1-2 years of professional experience in software development using .NET technology
- Knowledge of C#
- Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework Core
- Experience adopting microservices architectures and applying related design patterns
- Knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Use of Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes, preferably in a Microsoft Azure environment
- Good written and spoken English

Nice to have\n
- Knowledge of VB.NET
- Mastery of parallel and concurrent programming techniques
- Experience with Helm Charts
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a scientific discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
- Experience developing complex software solutions in structured environments
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage

SOFT SKILLS\n
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, be flexible, and be able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
