We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullipLead a global engineering team (2-4 people) of Firmware Engineers located in different Emerson sites /p /lilipProvide leadership in technical reviews and issue resolution for the team. /p /lilipDesign, implement, and improve firmware, embedded solutions for industrial actuators. /p /lilipAnalysing and optimizing firmware performance. /p /lilipDrive code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for self and others in the team. /p /lilipFixing and performing Root Cause Analysis of the issues. /p /lilipConsistency to standard processes for code development, reuse, and portability. /p /lilipMaintain documentation, bug tracking, and records related to software development. /p /lilipLead the product backlog, define product requirements and User Stories and facilitate sprint planning, supervise the sprint progress lead the partners. /p /lilipLead firmware development projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with other team members to meet project deadlines /p /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pYou have proven ability to guide teams in the right direction when faced with technical difficulties.
