The Data Science and Computation Facility supports Institute scientists with high‑performance computing and data analysis. It manages the ‘Franklin’ supercomputer, which includes around 100 CPU and GPU nodes, and helps with code compilation, execution, optimization, queue management and software containerisation. The facility uses a cloud‑HPC approach to efficiently manage multiple computing clusters. /ppWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced System Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining system architectures for complex projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
