As a Client Account – Resources Industry, you will manage a specific industry portfolio of accounts ( Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities, Oil & Gas ) with accountability for sales through delivery and business success as measured by sales, revenue, and profitability.

You will partner with key stakeholders, contribute to global industry expertise, and develop effective market strategies. Together we do what matters.

Skills And Experiences

* At least 4 years of experience in sales, including experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Understanding of client business needs and how to recommend suitable technology solutions
* Industry knowledge in Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities, Oil & Gas
* Proven ability to build, position, sell, and deliver industry-specific use cases, value propositions, and solutions
* Ability to lead, collaborate with, and influence peers in a large, matrixed organization
* Vision for future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies

About You

* Emotionally mature, humble leadership
* Master negotiator and relationship builder
* Ability to recognize and leverage each team member's unique skills
* Strong communicator of priorities and expectations (clear and concise)

What You'll Do

* Drive sales excellence, increase pipeline quality, and improve win rates
* Engage with Accenture and Microsoft counterparts to define strategy and allocate resources
* Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts through qualification and segmentation
* Act on Voice of Client feedback to enhance client experience
* Deliver revenue growth and expand market penetration, especially via indirect channels
* Assess and manage opportunities and risks in large, complex projects
