In parallel, she/he will support the organization of worldwide photo and video productions in alignment with internal teams and external agencies. The Events & Special Projects Manager will be part of the Marketing and Communications team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. MAIN ACTIVITIES EVENTS Defining and overseeing the yearly event calendar in agreement with all the company’s stakeholders and in compliance with financial and time restraints. Defining and overseeing the annual budget allocated for events, keeping costs in line with the budget. Handling, coordinating and overseeing all events operations (location, guest list, invitation, staff, entertainment, A/V equipment, marketing materials, permits, contracts etc) ensuring the highest quality standards. Searching and comparing different vendors (catering, musicians, staff, etc.) to always find competitive and high-quality suppliers in alignment with the brand DNA. Managing all event bookings, quotes, payments, and maintaining records of all costs. Analyzing and evaluating event results and creating reports. PHOTO AND VIDEO PRODUCTIONS Supporting all phases of photo/video productions, both on site and remotely, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies and in compliance with financial and time restraints Overseeing the annual budget allocated for photo/video productions, keeping costs in line with the budget Managing and negotiating agency fees and related usage rights fees for photographers and models Managing all bookings, quotes and payments for productions and maintaining records of all costs. SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Master's or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar relevant field. At least 5 years’ experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (Production and/or Marketing and Communication activities), preferably in the high-end/luxury sector. Passion for events and for the design world. Previous experience in the design industry is considered a plus C1 English level. Knowledge of any other language is considered a plus. Confident with all Microsoft Office packages (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
