We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable professional to support our Operations team and take on day-to-day responsibility for all operations processes relating to our business in Italy and UK. Whilst we are a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business model is our "hybrid" approach of combining our digital service with a human touch.
The candidate will join the legal team and will work closely with the general counsel and the legal specialist, covering the following areas of
responsibilities
: analysis and in-depth study of legal issues related to the financial services (civil, financial and banking law); managing requests from external lawyers and third-party authorities, inheritance processes and managing customer requests; contract drafting and review; Master’s Degree in Law - top grades Legal Expertise: Solid knowledge of Italian Civil and Commercial Law, with a specific interest or specialization in Banking and Financial Markets Law (TUB and TUF). High level of precision in drafting legal documents, contracts, and formal correspondence with a focus on technical accuracy. Capability to conduct in-depth legal research and interpret regulatory updates. Language Proficiency: Native or C2 level in Italian is essential for legal drafting; professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1) is required for corporate standards. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and familiar with legal research databases. This role is based in our Milan office and our lavoro da remoto policy requires at least 2 days of in-office presence per week. We offer a 6 months internship.
