We are looking for tech‑savvy people who are eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment, who have an international outlook on life, and who love taking on new challenges. /p h3Position: /h3 pAs a Publishing Operations Systems Coordinator at Musixmatch, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational processes and internal systems that support the Publishing team. You will work cross‑functionally with Product, Back‑End, Finance and Customer Support teams to ensure efficient music publishing rights holder onboarding, data ingestion and integrity, royalty operations and an excellent experience for publishers and independent authors. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liDefine, manage, improve and implement internal tools and workflows for the Publishing team, in collaboration with Product and Back‑End teams /li liMaintain and manage internal tools and databases as well as third‑party tools and services (including Customer.io, Intercom, Figma, Zapier, Sendgrid) /li liSupport the Publishing team in onboarding new publishers and independent authors, providing internal updates to stakeholders on activation status /li liUse Musixmatch CRM systems to interact with publishers and authors: communicate deal details, provide onboarding support and manage operational issues /li liCoordinate with internal teams, including Back‑End, for accurate and timely data entry /li liIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and collaborate with the Publishing team to implement new operational solutions /li liOversee operational aspects of royalty distribution, working closely with the Finance team to identify and prevent risks related to missing or incorrect payments /li liSupervise and manage timely and effective responses to publisher support requests via customer service tools such as Intercom /li liStay up to date on industry trends and the consumer market to continuously improve operational processes /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in operations, systems coordination or similar roles /li liStrong experience with CRM systems and operational tools /li liSolid understanding of data management and internal workflows /li liHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in cross‑functional environments /li liExcellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment /li liTechnically literate and quick to learn new tools and technologies /li liInterest in the music industry and digital publishing ecosystem /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in music publishing, digital rights management or royalty operations /li liKnowledge of automation tools (n8n, Zapier or similar) and basic process automation /li liExperience working with customer support platforms /li liAdditional language skills highly desirable /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER: /h3 ul liFlexible holiday plan /li liRemote working, flexible schedule /li liHome office setup /li liTop‑class tech and equipment /li liCompany‑wide retreat once per year /li liExposure to all parts of the business – your work actually matters! /li /ul h3DISCLAIMER: /h3 pbDue to the significant amount of applications we receive, unfortunately, it is not possible to answer every applicant, thus if you have not received a response from us, please be patient.
