RESPONSABILITIES

Support the Sustainability team in the implementation and monitoring of sustainability strategies, policies, and programs across the Group. Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety within the assigned scope of activities.

ACTIVITIES

\n
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, HR, Procurement)
\n
- Contribute to sustainability assessments and data collection to identify improvement opportunities
\n
- Assist in sustainability reporting processes (e.g. ESRS, EcoVadis, CDP), including data gathering, validation, and analysis
\n
- Support supplier engagement activities and value chain sustainability initiatives
\n
- Conduct research and benchmarking on sustainability topics (e.g. climate, circular economy, sustainable sourcing)
\n
- Assist in the organization of sustainability trainings, events, and internal awareness campaigns
\n
- Support audit preparation and documentation (environmental and social compliance)
\n
- Contribute to the monitoring of sustainability KPIs and tracking of progress against targets
\n
- Collaborate with Group functions and Legal Entities to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives
\n
- Provide general analytical and operational support to ongoing sustainability projects
\n

REQUIREMENTS
\n
\n
- Degree (or currently pursuing) in Environmental Science, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
\n
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG topics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CSRD/ESRS)
\n
- Analytical mindset with good Excel/PowerPoint skills
\n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data
\n
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, international environment
\n
- Fluency in English
\n
- Basic knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g. ESRS, GHG Protocol)
\n
- Previous academic or internship experience in sustainability-related topics
\n
