Facility & Administrative Management
Oversee all facility and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
Respond to trouble ticket (TT) calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair work.
Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
Electrical Systems Management
Installation support, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
Installation support, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components including photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
Perform regular electrical maintenance and repair work.
Issue height work and hot work permits as required.
Energy & Generator Management
Monitor and record energy consumption readings.
Perform diesel generator (DG) maintenance and upkeep.
Building & Equipment Maintenance
Conduct minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
Maintain fixed furniture and operational equipment including trolleys, cages, and carts.
Perform regular maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
Safety & Compliance
Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and fire extinguishers to ensure safety compliance.
Work in a safe, customer‑focused manner dedicated to supporting operations.
Soft Services Management
Oversee soft services activities including pest control, housekeeping, and scrap and garbage disposal.
Reporting & Documentation
Provide daily reports on trouble ticket closures, open cases, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Maintain and update tools inventory.
Manage PPM schedule maintenance documentation.
Team Management
Supervise agency staff and manage overall shift operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Strong coordination and vendor management capabilities.
Safety‑conscious with knowledge of permit‑to‑work systems.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Team leadership and shift management experience.
Basic Qualifications Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
