Responsibilities
Data Management: Assist in managing and cleaning Masterdata. Help improve data collection, storage, and analysis systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Support daily and weekly reporting updates. Conduct analyses on sales performance and customers behavior to identify trends and insights for the sales team. Contribute to the monitoring and performance evaluation of loyalty programs. Monitor usage and performance metrics of digital tools to optimize engagement.
Collaboration: Work with IT, CRM, Customer Marketing and other departments to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Communication: Help create reports, dashboards, and presentations. Communicate sales activities, targets and results to independent agents. Develop tools for the Sales Force getting in touch with local agencies.
Support: Assist data-driven decision-making. Help organize sales force meetings and maintain databases.
Scope of work: support the development of our DACH market.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Economics/Statistics or equivalent
Very good in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
Knowledge of BEx Analyzer Tool is a plus
SAP knowledge is a plus
A mind for analytics, willing to understand underlying behavior of a result
Process driven mindset, problem solving attitude
Team-working oriented
Willingness to work in an international environment, and, eventually, to visit our German subsidiary in Cologne
Proficient in English, German is a plus.
