Vehicle Integration & Performance:
Support integration of components at vehicle levelContribute to achieving performance targets (handling, durability, vehicle dynamics)Work closely with vehicle dynamics, powertrain, and aero teamsSupport prototype builds and development activities
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Analyze data from testing and track activitiesSupport root cause analysis of performance issuesTranslate data insights into engineering actions and design updatesContribute to continuous product and performance improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field2‐5 years of experience in automotive product developmentExperience in chassis and/or body component developmentStrong understanding of mechanical systems (suspension, structures, materials)Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, NX, or similar)Understanding of vehicle‐level behavior and system interactionsExperience with component design, release, and engineering changesMotorsport or high‐performance vehicle experience is a strong plus
