Position La Scala Società tra Avvocati seeks, for its Milan office, a young
Avvocato
to join the
Team Utilities, responsible for litigation in credit recovery within the gas, electricity, and water services sectors.
Autonomy in drafting documents and managing cases;
Previous experience in litigation, preferably in the mentioned sectors;
Seriousness and professionalism;
Excellent organizational skills and workload management;
Strong teamwork orientation, proactivity, and results focus;
Flexibility.
Preferential: excellent knowledge of key IT tools and specialized management systems.
