Oversee Agribios' daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standardsCollaborate with Regional Operational Planning Manager to define strategic plans, investments, and operating budgetsMonitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, costs, and safety, proposing corrective and improvement actionsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, assuming legal responsibilities where applicablePlan and coordinate production and material handling activities, optimizing the use of resources, machinery, and personnelDevelop and implement short- and long‐term production plans consistent with company objectivesControl stock levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient use of working capitalImplement and support a preventative and planned maintenance programLead and motivate the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityCoordinate cross‐functional communication and collaboration (Finance, HR, Logistics, Production, Marketing)
Profile
