For our Tax Team, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Tax Analyst.
Location: For candidates located in Poland the role will be based in business service center in Katowice, Poland. For candidates based in Italy, the position will be located in Mathi, Italy.
Responsibilities in this role will be:
1. Manage quarterly and year-end IFRS tax provision, consolidating global data, calculating the provision, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
2. Lead quarterly global tax cash flow reporting and forecasting, reviewing trial balances and tax packs, validating tax-related accounts, confirming permanent and temporary differences
3. Own tax-related balance sheet reconciliations (current tax receivables/payables, deferred tax assets/liabilities, uncertain tax positions)
4. Support the Senior Manager, Tax & Transfer Pricing, Finance on strategic and special projects, including implementation and follow-up
5. Coordinate Pillar Two returns, reporting and disclosures with external advisors
6. Assist in managing tax audits and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
7. Monitor and assess VAT implications in cross-border transactions, particularly triangulations
We are looking for you to have:
8. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in international environment
9. Fluent English
10. Strong knowledge in accounting
11. Very good skills in MS Excel
12. Willingness to work hybrid
13. Ability to work independently and manage complex, end-to-end processes.
14. Hands-on, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple entities across jurisdictions.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
16. Prior exposure to OECD Pillar Two and Transfer Pricing (TP) concepts
