In this role, you will support the planning, analysis, and reporting of headcount and labour cost at both local and global levels. You will also contribute to the development of HR reporting tools and people analytics to support strategic decision-making within HR and across the business. As part of the Global HR Operations team, your work will help ensure the HR function operates efficiently, respects our Company values, complies with local regulations and Group policies, and delivers high-quality services within budget.**Your Contribution:*** Support the preparation of labour cost and headcount budgets and forecasts for EMEA* Assist in the consolidation and reporting of labour cost and headcount data from all regions* Conduct regular analysis on global labour cost and workforce trends, by region, department, and channel* Help develop and update HR dashboards and reports used by HR senior management and regional HR teams* Prepare and distribute monthly HR reports and assist in monitoring key HR KPIs* Support the creation of presentations and data visualizations for internal stakeholders and top management* Execute ad hoc analysis and support simulations related to organizational planning and workforce structure* Ensure data quality and consistency in HR systems in line with Group standards and policies**Your Skills:*** 1 - 3 years of HR experience in an HR Planning role, preferably in multinational and structured companies* Payroll experience is considered a plus* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel* Strong knowledge of HRIS / HCM systems – preferably Workday and related reporting functions* Experience with Tagetik is a plus* Fluent in English* Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance and confidentiality* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and analyse data* Able to perform under pressure in a complex & fast-changing environment* Strong attention to details*Diversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
