POSITION SNAPSHOT - Nestlé in Italy, Milan - Cereal Partner Worldwide business (CPW) - Permanent contract - Degree in engineering or economy - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Demand Planning, it is considered a plus to have previous people management experience - Fluent in Italian and English CPW Omnichannel Demand & Supply processes cover both Retail & Out of Retail channels (vending, coffee shops, e-commerce, etc). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER CPW - Manage and maintain a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality and the efficiency of the Demand and Supply Plans; - Ensure continuing alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities, and the delivery of performances to agreed KPI levels; - Manage the relationship and the effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and internal business partners such as Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance; - Manage the relationship with the HQ/ Regional Offices/Factories; - Manage the relationship with Inter-Market Producers and Receivers to ensure efficient and cost-effective replenishment; - Manage the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and external business partners such as Customers, service providers and vendors such as Co-packers ; - Effectively contribute to the Nestlé Competitive Planning solution by active and constructive participation in the Market Business Strategy (MBS), Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and Dynamic Forecast (DF) processes and Promo forecasting.
