ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Tax Manager
LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full-Time, Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 45-55K
What you'll do:
* Lead and manage Transfer Pricing policies and documentation across group entities (Masterfile, Countryfile)
* Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax regulations in all countries we operate in (Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, France), with a focus on Travel-specific rules
* Provide tax advisory support for strategic projects, new business initiatives, and cross-border operations
* Liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate filings
* Support the design and implementation of the group’s global tax strategy, ensuring both compliance and optimization
* Assist in managing tax audits, due diligence, and group structuring activities
* Prepare strategic reports and tax impact assessments for Finance leadership and senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Economics, Law, or a related field—specialization in Tax Law is a plus
* 4+ years of experience in tax advisory or in-house roles, ideally in international or fast-growth environments (Big 4 experience is a plus)
* Deep knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing principles
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
* Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
