Mission & Core PurposeWe are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to become the heartbeat of our internal team experience. This role blends internal IT operations and cross-team collaboration. You will report to DevOps, supporting also HR, and Operations, by working closely with each of them. You'll play a pivotal part in fully owning internal tool management tasks as well as hardware and device management tasks, ensuring that our colleagues are supported by reliable systems, well‐maintained devices, and a smooth, secure internal technical environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Tools & Platforms OwnershipMicrosoft: complete suite and SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom)Google: complete suite and SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar)Confluence: internal documentation and knowledge management systemSlack: internal communication and collaboration platformHardware & Device Lifecycle ManagementSet-up: configuration and preparation of company devices for employeesShipment: coordination of device delivery for onboarding, replacements, and offboardingTracking: inventory and lifecycle tracking of company hardware and devicesResidual responsibilitiesAvailability to work from and travel to our Milan OR Bologna office, whenever required (realistically 1d/week)Trustworthy and reliable: comfortable handling sensitive tasks, systems, and data with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and responsibilitySmart and proactive mindset: able to quickly understand new contexts, take initiative, and actively contribute beyond assigned tasksStrong sense of ownership: accountable for assigned responsibilities, with the ability to manage tasks end‐to‐end and follow through independentlyFast learner: willing and able to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly, including self‐study and autonomous problem‐solving Experience & SkillsLanguages: full professional proficiency in English and ItalianDegree in IT or equivalent, or IT-focused high school diplomaCareer motivation: strong interest in starting and growing a career as a Junior IT Specialist (6 months/1year of experience are more than welcome).
