Job Description
You'll lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead
You'll define marketing and growth strategies for the Italian market, and own the budget, channel mix, and KPIs along the entire funnel
You will set goals in alignment with the leadership team and track results, leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making
You'll oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels
You'll develop the most culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy. When Italians think about investing, they should think about Scalable
You'll ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations. We strive to be the most trusted brand in finance, and complying with industry rules and regulations is not just a requirement for us—we aim to be best in class
Qualifications
You have several years of experience in marketing, including some years as a team leader
You have a track record of scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in a startup, scale-up, and/or an agency or consulting environment in the Italian market
You master the full funnel: from acquisition to activation to retention, across all channels including brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM
You can balance bold creative bets with a ruthless 80/20 optimization mindset: test, learn, and scale what works
You can link product, brand, and growth into a single story, combining real creative taste with a mindset focused on fast feedback loops and optimization
You have an ownership mentality: you make decisions, think long-term, and finish what you start
You are fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required
