Supply Chain Services Manager South EMEA (Sales)


Company Overview

We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components worldwide, built on a trusted, long-lasting network of relationships with industry leaders on the supplier and customer side.


Role Overview

In collaboration with sales teams, you will take the full suite of Arrow’s supply chain services, applying a growth mindset and consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. By targeting VP-level+ decision-makers independently of the sales team, you will differentiate Arrow from competitors, driving sales, margin and fee growth and a leading share of TAM. You will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director.


Differentiated / Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

* Build detailed knowledge of Arrow’s high‑end supply chain services portfolio.
* Use consultative questioning techniques to isolate customer pain points and create bespoke solutions.
* Demonstrate benefits with quantitative and qualitative analysis, increasing Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet.
* Collaborate with sales teams, using whitespace analysis to spotlight high‑potential customers.
* Build strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision‑makers.
* Ensure solution designs meet Arrow’s financial objectives and thresholds.
* Maintain implemented solutions, handing them off to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams.


Supply Chain‑as‑a‑Service

* In some cases, charge a consulting fee to customers who cannot immediately increase billing relationships.
* Own the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee‑for‑service portfolio, including in‑house semiconductor programming, long‑term inventory solutions, turnkey manufacturing, supply chain control tower, and critical buffer stocks.


Non‑Core Services

* Become a subject‑matter expert for all Arrow solutions, managing the funnel of opportunities and developing interest from traditional, non‑traditional, and start‑up customers.
* Serve as the single point of contact for customers, linking them to the appropriate specialist resources.
* Portfolio includes: Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, Enterprise Computing Solutions, eInfochips, Arrow Capital Solutions, Arrow Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, Richardson RFPD, Silicon Expert, AGSCS, AMSS.


Dimensions

* Field‑based and customer‑facing.
* Regular consultative selling at Director, Vice President, and C‑Suite level.
* Territory of €500 m+ existing sales across customer types.
* International travel as required.


Key Interfaces

* Sales leaders and regional sales managers within the territory.
* Executive team (as required).
* Sales force (daily).
* Customer decision‑makers (daily).
* Subject‑matter experts within Arrow business units.
* Business Process Excellence & Reporting team (as required).
* IT (as required).

* Knowledge of the electronic component industry and relevant supply‑chain and manufacturing practices.
* Solution‑selling experience and influence at executive level.
* Problem solving and creation of winning strategies.
* Fast‑learner.
* Project management and collaboration within a team.
* English and Italian business proficiency.
