For the Italian branch of a German international company operating in the industrial automation sector, we are looking for aFinance & Controlling Specialist
The role will support the management of accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and acting as a key interface between the local organization, corporate finance and external accounting providers.Main ResponsibilitiesOversee accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial dataCoordinate with external accounting providers and support monthly and yearly closingsPrepare financial reports for local management and corporate headquartersMonitor cash flow, accounts receivable and payment processesSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysisEnsure compliance with financial policies and internal controlsSupport audit activities and liaise with external advisorsRequirements~ Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration~3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance~ Solid knowledge of accounting principles~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office~ Experience in an international environment is a plus~ Fluent English (B2/C1)
