Guide team members to deliver cutting-edge solutions in satellite development. /li liSatellite System Development: Drive the technical direction of micro, small, and nano satellites, ensuring that our technology roadmap is aligned with current industry trends and market demands. /li liResearch Development: Manage and oversee research and development efforts to continually push the boundaries of satellite technology, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Product Development, Marketing, and Business Development to integrate technology solutions into business operations. /li liTechnology Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies and platforms, ensuring smooth execution and coordination between internal teams and external partners. /li liQuality Assurance: Implement best practices for technology development and ensure that all products and systems meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. /li liRisk Management: Identify technological risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee the resolution of any technical challenges that may arise during the development lifecycle. /li liPartnerships Alliances: Foster relationships with strategic technology partners, external vendors, and academic institutions to stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations in the space industry. /li liBoard Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates on technology progress, challenges, and solutions to the Board of Directors and senior executives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liExperience: At least 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the aerospace or satellite industry, with a strong background in satellite technology. /li liPossess exceptional expertise in designing and systems engineering for satellites, satellite constellations, and the most advanced space systems, especially those related to complex missions. /li liProven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading technology teams, driving innovation, and managing complex technical projects from inception through to successful execution. /li liDeep Understanding of Satellite Systems: In-depth knowledge of micro, small, and nano satellite design, integration, and operations, including propulsion systems, payloads, power management, and communication technologies. /li liStrategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically about technology investments, emerging trends, and long-term RD plans. /li liStrong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire internal teams and external stakeholders. /li liProblem-Solving Decision-Making: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure. /li liFluency in English (oral and written) is required.
