Who we are looking for
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and proactive person to support daily life in our boarding school. You don't need years of experience – what matters most is your willingness to work as part of a team, connect with teenagers, and bring a positive, flexible attitude.
This role is ideal for someone local who is looking for a full-time opportunity, perhaps even as a first step into the education field in an international environment.
What you will do
* Be a visible presence in the boarding house: chat with students, check rooms, and support their wellbeing.
* Supervise evening study sessions and help with recreational activities (movie nights, games, group events, etc.).
* Assist in organising small weekend activities.
* Help ensure safety, good behaviour, and respect of house rules.
* Work closely with the boarding team and keep the Head of Residential Life updated when needed.
Who you are
* A responsible and mature person, with good common sense and reliability.
* Someone who enjoys working with teenagers and can create a supportive atmosphere.
* Flexible, adaptable, and happy to step in where needed.
* Able to manage your time well and stay calm under pressure.
* Comfortable walking around campus and being active in daily routines.
What we offer
* A welcoming, international environment with opportunities to learn on the job.
* Free meals while on duty and access to the school's grounds and sports facilities (when available).
* Accommodation available on campus during shifts.
* Training and support from the Head of Residential Life and the boarding team.
Requirements
* Good English (at least C1 level).
* Driving licence (own car is a plus).
* Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
* Previous experience with young people is a plus, but not required.
