Ph3Position Snapshot /h3 ul liNestlé Purina Italy /li liIndustrial Services | Utilities Leader /li liPermanent role, full-time /li liNestlé welcomes people with disabilities /li liEngineering Degree / Diploma (e.g. mechanical, electrical) and substantial practical experience in engineering /li liKnowledge of local regulatory and statutory requirements relating to industrial services and environment /li liIn-depth knowledge of construction and utilities standards' /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 pResponsible for ensuring competent industrial services (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing - MEP) management and operation, and to ensure optimal cost, highly efficient, quality and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e. steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and compressed air, as well as electricity, high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage. /p h3A day in the life of the Industrial Services | Utilities Leader /h3 ul liBuild Engineering capability: Ensures that personnel managing, operating and maintaining industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent to do so. Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed for the Industrial Services team. /li liDefine and adhere to standards: Plans, performs and manages design, modification and improvements to industrial services plant, equipment and infrastructure. Utilising own area of competency and specialisation or with competent 3rd parties. /li liManage new‑built assets: Supports operation of industrial services to ensure high efficiency, quality and compliance. Assists in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services. Identifies and drives energy and water saving opportunities. /li liManage new‑built assets: Manages quality, environmental and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and collaboration with the general contractor(s) and other trade contractors, suppliers, designers and consultants, and Nestlé Purina Central Engineering. /li liManage new‑built assets: Ensures process and personnel safety with regard to industrial services plant and equipment.
