Role Overview This role supports and assists the Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) in all activities related to health and safety within the company and collaborates with the Plant Manager on daily activities in the EHS and Facility areas. The position involves interfacing with multiple departments and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety, environmental, and facility management practices. Responsibilities Collaborate daily with company functions, particularly with the Plant Manager and Group RSPP Assist in drafting, disseminating, and implementing company safety procedures and organizing training programs Support the definition of annual Health & Safety objectives at the site level, monitor work areas, report anomalies or non-conformities, and promote corrective/preventive actions and improvement opportunities Contribute to company risk assessments, focusing on mapping specific risks in production and site areas Manage and control access documents for third-party contractors performing maintenance, in accordance with company procedures and legal safety requirements Conduct training activities (art. 36 D.Lgs. 81/08) and collaborate on worker information and training programs with HR Monitor safety maintenance in close collaboration with responsible contractors Support creation of HSE compliance schedules and participate in internal/external inspections Assist in implementing corrective actions and maintaining a performance monitoring plan for HSE at various sites Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance data for management and relevant corporate entities Collaborate with HSE Manager on central HSE compliance requirements Support Plant Manager & HSE Manager in managing the UNI ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 safety systems Conduct internal HSE audits and ISO audits (14001, 45001) Coordinate HSE training activities with other group sites Promote actions to prevent incidents and mitigate consequences Support Plant Manager & Facility team in facility management activities Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Environment, Prevention Sciences, or other technical disciplines Qualification for ASPP role Experience with ISO 14001 & 45001 (preferred) Certification and experience as a Health & Safety trainer (preferred) Motivation to work in both project, operational, and management capacities Background in production environments Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good knowledge of English Previous experience in a similar role, even minimal, is valued Equal Opportunity Employer.
