Job Purpose
As the IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owner requirements and the technical implementation led by our IT architect and CTO.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the IT architect and CTO to align product owner needs.
* Manage and oversee the requirements of the e-commerce platform, coordinating diverse program elements.
* Serve as the primary interface between the professional tourism team/product owner and the IT team under the guidance of the CTO.
* Ensure seamless management of input, output, metrics, and task delivery.
* Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day support operations, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to guide project teams effectively.
* Analyze product owner input and output, design a comprehensive roadmap, and facilitate technical discussions with the CTO.
* Leverage tools such as diagrams, draw.io, Gliffi, etc. to enhance program understanding and visualization.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience providing project management support, with a specific focus on e-commerce or similar.
* Proven track record in engaging with project scope, delivery, technical integration, and strategic IT planning, especially at the executive level.
* Strong multitasking abilities, capability to work independently, and effective workload prioritization.
* Exceptional customer service skills, adept at building and nurturing customer relationships, and quick responsiveness.
* Proficient in coaching, providing feedback, and motivating team members.
