We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador for Luxury French & English to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in languages, empathetic, passionate about fashion and international luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Languages Required French (C1/C2) English (C1/C2) Responsibilities Customer relations with Italian and international clients via phone, chat, and email E-commerce and after-sales support, assisting customers with online purchases Contract Details Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), on shifts, 5 days a week Qualifications Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, or Luxury Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Ongoing training on Luxury Brands Continuous language practice and professional growth in the luxury sector Additional Information Join a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment.
