PAdecco Italia Spa is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer for a Multinational Company leader in the FMCG sector based in Cermenate (CO). /ppHow you make the difference: /ppYou will be responsible for optimization of maintenance processes, respecting the quality and costs standards set. /ppHow your agenda looks like: /ppYou will be responsible for defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions; /ppYou will be responsible for identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory; /ppYou will organize interventions involving, as needed, its own technicians, external companies and/or suppliers; /ppYou will ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations and procedures; /ppYou will provides coaching activities for the implementation of the Operational Excellence corporate program. /ppYour team: /ppYou will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Technical Service Leader Italy. /ppWhat makes you a great fit: /ppDegree in Mechanical Engineering or similar; /ppPrevious experience in the role (not mandatory); /ppExcellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel; /ppFluent use of the English language; /ppProactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
