What You'll DoRole purpose: The Corporate Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the holistic safety and security of employees, assets, and operations. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, coordinating security personnel, and identifying and assessing potential risks.
Setting up the function and implementing Vodafone Corporate security policies & best practice in VSTDirect responsibility for all Corporate Security operational activities and advice across VST business and functionSponsor and coordinator of local Corporate Security agendaSupport the engagement with external stakeholders on VST operational Corporate Security mattersSupport Property, Facilities & Security manager in all on site building activities in all VST locations and ensure consistency between implemented measures and Group policiesFocus: Mitigating all types of threats, ensuring compliance with broader regulations, and managing the overall Corporate Security posture, often reporting to leadershipKey Activities: Overseeing guards, developing emergency plans, managing risk across departments, and aligning corporate security with business goalsCollaboration: Work hand‐in‐hand with IT Security, Legal, Property, Procurement, HR and business functionsKey accountabilities and decision ownershipLeading support to VST (as required) in all operational matters regarding:
Business ContinuityCrisis ManagementPersonnel and Physical SecurityFraud ManagementSupplier securitySecurity AwarenessAccess managementBEMS – Security devices
Responsible for the production and delivery of local strategies, internal policies, advice and consultancy in the above functional areas in line with Group policies and local lawsSecretary to the VST Crisis Management TeamSupporting the reporting manager to engage on these issues with governments, international organisations and NGOs

Development and reporting of corporate security KPIs in line with Group Corporate security requirementsRecognition from Internal Functions & Businesses units of the quality of advice and consultancy provided on security issues in the areas of competence listed aboveRecognition from Compliance, Internal Audit and other functions of the maintenance of the highest policy standards in the areas of competence listed above
Who You Are
Highly developed leadership skills, especially in an international environmentExperience of the full range of corporate security risks and mitigation strategies, processes and systemsEffective communication and influence skills, deployable at all levels of the organisation in a matrix structureFluent in English and ItalianAbility to act coolly and effectively as the leader in fast‐moving and complex security operations
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Professional and/or academic qualifications in operational security risk managementOr significant relevant experience operating at a senior level in an operational security environment
