He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthy work environment. /p pA training will be done in Milano during the first weeks. /p h3Timing /h3 pApril to October or/and June to August /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand. /li liDemonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Engage with clients, manage the relationship with an international customer base and share La DoubleJ’s history, products and values. /li liDeliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture. /li liConsistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and resolve customer issues. /li liUse conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty. /li liPromote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy work environment. /li liMaintain the workplace tidy and organized. /li liPerform duties such as reports, visual maintenance, etc. /li liBe a point of connection between store and HQ. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent English mandatory (additional language skills a plus) /li liClient centric mentality and strong clienteling skills /li liGood Verbal Communication skills /li liOrganized and detail oriented /li liProactivity /li liStrong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
