RINA is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Project Manager to join its office in Genova, Roma, Napoli, or Milano, Italy, within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division. Mission The Project Manager in this role takes on a leadership position, contributing strategic insights and overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring completion of deliverables within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. It is a pivotal role in client relationships, team development, and the implementation of impactful solutions in the field of sustainability, providing strategic consultancy activities across sectors such as manufacturing, O&G, energy, and public entities. Key Accountabilities Manage projects for industrial customers, ensuring deliverables are completed within deadlines, scope, and budget. Manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities. Coordinate the preparation of techno-economic proposals. Oversee sustainability-related projects: assist clients in measuring impacts, conduct ESG assessments, support decarbonization strategies, and help clients report ESG performance in compliance with regulations and standards. Stay informed on emerging sustainability trends and monitor developments based on legislation and certifications. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in the sustainability field. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Fluency in English and Italian. Nice to Have Knowledge of sustainability topics and instruments such as LCA, GHG accounting, CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy. Knowledge of project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. Education Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering.
