Role description For our
Group Head Quarter in Milan, we are looking for a
Global Technical Training Manager
to join the
Product Marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and managing
worldwide technical training strategies, supporting
sales, marketing and customers
through structured training programs, technical tools and value-added services, with the goal of strengthening Prometeon’s competitive positioning in international markets.
Responsibilities Design and develop
technical training modules
on products and services for
Truck, Agro and OTR tyres Manage
global training programs
using a blended approach: online webinars, classroom training, technical workshops and product presentations Define the
selling proposition
for products and services based on competitor performance analysis, market benchmarking and service value proposition Collect and consolidate inputs from
Product Management, R&D;, Quality and Market Scouting Support customers and sales teams in
selecting the right product for each application
through technical product training, service support tools and tyre technical consultancy Cooperate with
Sales Force, Market Clusters and Marketing Managers
to support fleets and key customers Contribute to
market evolution analysis
and continuously update competitive benchmarks Identify and evaluate
real tyre performance vs competitors, collecting market feedback and analyzing databases Coordinate and align
local training activities
across regions:
Brazil, Turkey, MEA, APAC and North America Work closely with the
Product Marketing Specialists team
to ensure consistency of technical and commercial messaging
Requirements Previous experience in the
tyre and/or automotive industry
(strongly preferred) Solid understanding of
B2B / industrial market dynamics Good knowledge of
MS Office Knowledge of
statistical and data analysis tools
is a plus Proactive, open-minded and
results-oriented mindset Strong
communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Passion for teamwork in
international and multicultural environments Languages : Fluent in
English and Italian;
additional languages are a plus
