Work Experience & Education Requirements What will you be doing in this role? _This position will have the following responsibilities :_ - Technical / Commercial contact with Customers - You will deal with commercial offers for customers, either by preparing them directly or by providing support in their preparation. (Including thermodynamic calculations) - Sending quotations to the customer & follow up - Replying to technical questions about Chillers, Heat Pumps and Dehumidifiers & CO2 periodic support - Cooperating with product management and technical office to prepare and/or integrate technical documentation - Internal interface with product management and technical office to develop range of products - Supporting back office to technically validate offers before processing the order Responsibilities and deliverables include - Quoting special and standard chillers, heat pumps and dehumidifiers, CO2 preference for natural refrigerants, using dedicated selection software - Technical skill to support manufacturer of similar products to integrate their range of products with specials solutions using natural refrigerants - Define new range of products to support specific niches of business - Support the Line manager in elaborating OEM development & Product introduction and VOC internal implementation in line with Sales Targets & Objectives - Coordinate with Internal department to ensure customer and product satisfaction & enhancements
