You'll be joining over +350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you'll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.What You'll DoDefine and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineersTake ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and securitySupport the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on timeFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environmentHave funWhat We're Looking ForStrong hands-on background with 5+ years in data engineering (e.G. SQL, Python, Spark or similar distributed processing frameworks)2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisionsExperience designing and operating reliable data pipelines in production (batch and ideally streaming / event-driven systems) and making data modelling decisionsStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partnersProven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical onesNice-to-HaveExperience with event-driven architectures (e.G. Kafka or similar)Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.G.
