Be one of our sensational talent Mission: The position operates in the “Client and Demand Management” Area and has the purpose of improving the effectiveness and facilitating Delivery technical and Competence Center requests, allowing the proper involvement of IT Operations specialists and the correct scheduling. The researched figure will be involved in projects related to installed software products at CRIF Data Center and Cloud, both in Italy and abroad (mainly consisting of large banking groups). In particular the required responsibilities will be: - Support of IT Operations Managers in managing requests submitted by Delivery Architects and Competence Center - Being a single point of contact for Delivery Architects and Competence Center for requests involving different IT Operations Areas (Network, DBA, System Administrators and Cloud Administrators) - Leading customer support meetings and provide supporting material - Operating closely with the IT Operations and Delivery Managers to constantly verify the achievement of results and meeting schedule requirements - Granting the maintainability of the installed solutions, being in touch with the IT Project Manager for evaluating impacts of the changes to customer’s production environment, facilitating handover of the new features. Essential technical requirements: Knowledge of: - Computer science / business informatics studies or equivalent education - Good conceptual and analytical approach as well as good technical understanding - Initiative, communicative personality and customer orientation - Technical documentation writing skills - Advanced English level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - 2-3 year experience in an equivalent position, or involvement in IT complex projects - Leadership skills - Negotiation skills LI_CB
