Integrating auto-ID technologies with hardware as solutions, we tag identifiers to things and people at the site of business operations and feed data to IT systems for processing.Role purposeSATO Italy is looking for a talented Junior Customer Service Representative who thrives in a well-structured sales cycle environment.
Your primary objective is to work directly with SATO's customers to drive and support the customer service in the Italian market.
You are here to help lift our service to the next level.
This starts by feeding orders into our ERP system, but it doesn't end there.
It ends with a happy customer who has received their order in a timely manner.
The complete follow-up of orders from beginning to end is your main task.Primary responsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for all inbound telephone calls and emails;Process orders, requests for quotations, follow-up of backorders;Build, maintain and manage relationships with all Business Partners and end-users.Basic requirementsDegree: Economics, Marketing, Communications, Foreign Languages, Social Sciences, Humanities.
