Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is seeking an IT Support Specialist on behalf of a leading international law firm. Responsibilities Take ownership of problems and incidents, working with global teams to resolve issues and keep users informed. Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of hardware, including re-imaging and replacements. Monitor and report issues following ITIL incident and problem management processes; log incidents and requests in ServiceNow. Identify root causes of incidents using analytical tools like NextThink. Provide expertise on NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Teams, and other core technologies. Assist with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of videoconference calls. Collaborate with the NOC team on server and network hardware issues. Administer the office phone system (Teams). Escalate security issues and manage software whitelisting. Provide floor support for MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinate external reprographics services. Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in desktop support with strong communication skills. Knowledge of document management systems like NetDocuments or iManage. Support experience with iPhones and MDM solutions such as InTune. Law firm experience is preferred. Knowledge of video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, Poly). Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCP, MOS). Degree-level education. Experience with Dell hardware. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar systems. Experience supporting printers and MFDs. Additional Qualifications Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Excellent communication skills, avoiding confusing jargon. Ability to interpret and produce technical documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work varied hours, travel occasionally, and participate in an on-call system.
