**Job Description** Customer Lifecycle Management Agent** **Internship, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday** **Rome, hybrid** **Are you an automotive fan? MSXI has the job for you!** **MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle Management Agent to join our team in Rome.** **The Role** As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:
- Answering customers inquires
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
- Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers **About you** We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Call Center Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as: - Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Fluent level of English adn French
- Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
