Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Finance Specialist with a strong focus on rebate management to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, analyzing, and optimizing customer rebate programs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely processing. You will collaborate closely with sales, accounting, and operations teams to support strategic pricing and customer incentives. Key Responsibilities: Rebate management: Oversee the full rebate lifecycle, including calculation, validation, invoicing, accounting entrance, and settlement. Promo and Commercial Investment Monitoring : Track and analyze promotional campaigns and manage Total Commercial Remuneration (TCR), ensuring alignment with budget and strategic objectives. Commercial Controls Implementation : Develop and implement effective commercial control processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. campaign structures, discount policies, dealer incentives, volume-based bonuses, and other investment mechanisms). Dealer Onboarding Support: Work closely with the sales team to design and evaluate dealer remuneration schemes and incentive models, ensuring they align with business goals and drive performance. Business Model Support: Contribute to financial modeling and decision-making by conducting margin analysis by sales channel, performing break-even calculations, and evaluating the financial impact of commercial strategies and pricing decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar fields. At least 3-year experience in rebate management, preferably in the automotive industry or within complex start-up environments. Strong knowledge of margin analysis, and business planning tools. Ability to design controlling processes and structures from scratch. Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting tools; ERP system experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
