To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a customer-oriented and highly organised Aftersales Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our service operations across Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all incoming aftersales enquiries related to service, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts
Plan and schedule service technicians' activities to ensure timely and efficient customer support
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding aftersales requests and service updates
Prepare reports related to service performance, response times, and customer satisfaction
Support customer retention initiatives through proactive follow-up
Ensure a high standard of customer service aligned with XCMG brand expectations
Your profile
Previous experience in aftersales, customer support, service coordination
Experience within machinery, construction equipment, material handling is highly preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Good English language skills; Chinese language skills is a plus
Team player with flexibility and willingness to travel when required
This position is based on-site in Livorno, Italy.
