This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years. Based in Italy, this role will ensure that our Ground Ops Dept adheres to strict procedures and policies in place and will be based in one of our busiest regions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversight of the operations at Ryanair bases and airports within a specific region. /liliResponsibility for all aspects of base/airport set‑up and ongoing compliance with approved Ryanair ground operational and administrative procedures. /liliEnsuring that infrastructural, contractual and operational requirements and performance targets are achieved in compliance with the highest standards of safety. /liliEnsuring optimum punctuality, customer service and cost‑efficiency standards are met. /liliLiaising with airport authorities and ground handling agencies to ensure a safe, efficient operation is established and maintained. /liliDevelopment and implementation of programmes to incorporate changes in corporate policy, new legislative requirements affecting ground operations and changes in traffic capacity at assigned airports. /liliParticipation in AOC and User Committees. /liliChairing of weekly meetings with key personnel at each base and issuing minutes and action points arising from these meetings. /liliReporting of any issues pertinent to the Flight operations, Inflight, Engineering departments and providing any practical assistance to them in the satisfactory resolution of these issues. /liliVisiting and approving potential new Bases and Airports in close cooperation with commercial department. /liliInvoice management and approval. /liliSupport General Manager in various projects. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience of working in a fast‑paced, demanding, high growth organization. /liliAbility to work and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. /liliFluent English and a second European language would be beneficial. /liliStrong administration skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. /liliAbility to work under own initiative. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills. /liliDemonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. /liliFlexibility ability to travel and quickly adapt to changes. /liliExcellent career progression /li /ulpReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline by 2x. /ppGet notified about new Base Manager jobs in bFiumicino, Latium, Italy /b. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
