Your tasks
Entry of purchase orders into the company ERP
Entry and update of purchase price lists in the ERP
Support with purchase order follow-up (order confirmation checks, lead time monitoring and any follow-ups, bookings and subsequent shipment tracking)
Support in sending import documents and instructions to customs office
Booking pickups via carriers’ portals (road transports)
Coordination with the warehouse for the management of incoming goods
Communication with suppliers and forwarders regarding any shipment issues
Orders of stationery
Updating reports in Excel
Required Skills
English language proficiency at B2 level
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Accuracy and strong xpavfwm organizational skills
Teamwork-oriented attitude
