Salerno, Campania, Italy | Company: JR Italy | Client / Employer: Adlinko
Smart working plus 2 days of on‑site team presence per month, rotating between Padova, Roma, Milano, and Bologna.
We are looking for a Growth & Operations professional who can translate strategy into execution. This is not a project manager who only updates tasks, a consultant who produces slides, or a vertical marketer focused only on their own piece.
In this role you will help ADLinko OS bring measurable results as it transitions from a link‑building marketplace to a scalable recurring model focused on organic visibility on Google and AI search engines.
Responsibilities
* Translate the founder’s strategies into clear operational plans: priorities, owners, deadlines and KPIs.
* Maintain a live weekly dashboard tracking growth, delivery, clients, churn, campaigns, and critical activities.
* Coordinate freelance specialists (copy, ads, design, automations, blog scouting, and content).
* Orchestrate the marketing calendar: webinars, content, outbound campaigns, social, email nurturing, and commercial materials.
* Standardize client onboarding and delivery with processes, check‑lists, and repeatable SOPs.
* Prepare the weekly founder meeting: priorities, blocks, decisions, next actions.
* Keep the team focused on pace, responsibilities, and results.
Your work will not simply be “organizing for the sake of organizing.” It will ensure that critical actions actually happen.
Work Environment
* Real autonomy: you will report directly to the founder.
* Lean context without committees or internal politics.
* A small senior team that makes swift decisions.
* Possible full‑time internal role after successful collaboration.
* Potential equity plan discussed after 6‑12 months based on results and engagement level.
Qualifications
* 5‑10 years of experience in operations, growth operations, marketing operations or project leadership within digital agencies, B2B SaaS, or startups.
* Hands‑on experience coordinating small teams, freelancers, and external vendors.
* Ability to build processes, dashboards, operational routines, and work systems.
* Marketing mindset: funnel, CRM, campaigns, content, email, webinars, and commercial material.
* Owner mentality: takes responsibility for results, not just tasks.
* Willingness to say no, even to the founder, when new ideas risk diluting focus.
* Proficient with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, CRM systems, spreadsheets, automations, and operational dashboards.
* Fractional experience considered a plus.
Not a Good Fit If
* You only enjoy strategy but not execution.
* You prefer to work on a single vertical.
* You require a very defined structure before acting.
* You do not enjoy measuring work with numbers, dashboards, and tangible progress.
* You prefer to avoid uncomfortable conversations about priorities, blocks, and responsibilities.
* You are strictly seeking a fractional collaboration.
Commitment & Trial
* Indicative commitment: 1‑2 days (~8‑15 hours) per week.
* Two in‑person team days per month, rotating among Padova, Roma, Milano, and Bologna.
* First‑month trial of 3 months with KPIs defined from day 1.
